THE JEWELRY
As part of the Haven of Hope Sustainability Program, orphans in Bolivia are learning to create unique jewelry pieces and other items using broken glasses that are polished and turned into sea glass. This lovely sea glass necklace is hand wrapped with silver wire and accented with a freshwater pearl. The small tag at the bottom offers a “message of hope.” To learn more about the Haven of Hope Sustainability Program, directed by local artist Judy Cutler-Teevan, visit www.createbeyondthelines.com.
