The Village maintains rigorous standards for development to ensure projects are high-quality and sustainable. The Planning Zoning and Design Board, as well as village staff, review all projects for architecture, landscape, signage and general site design. The board meets once per month, and the public is invited to attend and comment on discussed projects.
