A Southwest Florida nonprofit dedicated to supporting local cancer patients on their healing journeys is bringing its first Fort Myers’ outdoor yoga fundraiser to one of the city’s most expansive green spaces.

The YogaCAN benefit at Alliance for the Arts’ lawn on behalf of the Cancer Alliance Network (CAN) helps the nonprofit provide dignity to local cancer patients and their families in Collier and Lee counties through financial aid, resources and support. Through generous community donations, CAN turns despair into hope by providing a lifeline during a very difficult time.

Tickets are $55 ($65 the day of the event), or $20 for children ages 5-12, with free admission for kids under 5. The class will be led by local yoga instructor Blair Gonsenhauser and sound healing practitioner Billy Zanski of Asheville, N.C.
