Winter Solstice Public Labyrinth

December 22, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Free

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, the Happehatchee Center will celebrate the Winter Solstice by welcoming the public to the Labyrinth from 1 – 4:00PM.  Visitors will be able to walk the Labyrinth and learn about its use and history.

For years the Happehatchee Center has joined with the Labyrinth Society and over 200 sites in dozens of countries, to celebrate World Labyrinth Day on the first Saturday in May.  That day, thousands of people walk for Peace in Labyrinths all over the world.

For those new to labyrinths, you may find one (or dozens) in your area using the World Wide Labyrinth Locator on the labyrinthsociety.org . You could also learn to draw or build a simple labyrinth with links in their resources sections.

The Happehatchee Center Labyrinth will be open to the public for the Winter Solstice, on Saturday December 22, 2018, from 1:00 to 4:00PM.  Admission is free.

The Happehatchee Center is a sanctuary for peace and healing, located at 8791 Corkscrew Road in Estero.  For more information, please see our website at www.happehatchee.org.
