Enjoy an extravagant evening at the Hyatt Regency filled with food, music, dancing and entertainment during the 3^rd Annual Southwest Florida Metsquerade. This luxurious, black-tie gala will benefit Metavivor, an organization which supports research for treating metastatic breast cancer.

Cocktail hour begins at 6 p.m., followed by a delicious, three-course meal. Guests are invited to “walk the red carpet” and visit the photo booth at this Oscars-themed event where special prizes will be awarded to recognize invitees who have made big accomplishments for MBC this year.

ABC-7 News Anchor Krista Fogelsong will emcee the evening. The keynote speaker will be NCH Breast Surgeon and Medical Director Dr. Sharla Gayle Patterson. Lori Krum, president of the Gracie Foundation, a nonprofit that sends gifts to women battling cancer, will serve as the honorary chairperson.

Live and silent auctions will feature many amazing items and experiences, including an African safari for two, a family getaway in the North Carolina countryside, gorgeous pieces of Tacori jewelry, and gift certificates to local restuarants.

All proceeds from the evening will be awarded to MBC research grants. Last year, the SWFL Metsquerade raised $166,000; this year Metavivor hopes to raise $200,000. Don’t miss this chance to help people living with MBC while attending the best party of the year!
