Are YOU ready to rock? The 2nd annual Rock The Stage music competition is back! This “American Idol” style music competition is the largest of its kind in Southwest Florida. Presented in conjunction with School of Rock Fort Myers and Alliance for the Arts, Rock The Stage is an exciting community event and fundraiser presented by the Lewis P. Tabarrini Children’s Music Outreach Foundation.

Every Sunday in October from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., singers, groups, bands, instrumentalists, and choirs may audition live within the two divisions of under 18 and 18 and over. Talent of all ages can participate, performing covers or original music. It’s an opportunity to take their musical journey to the next level! Auditioning participants will perform for some of the best Southwest Florida musicians to try and claim their spot in the semi-finals in November, and if they really shine, compete in the heart-pounding finals in December. The ultimate winner will receive recording session time at a local recording studio to record a four-song EP from Moon Sound Studios, one year of performance, songwriting or band coaching from School of Rock Fort Myers, a press pack and EP cover designed by S2R Studios and more! All contestants will receive valuable input from professionals to help them grow as musicians.
