We are excited to announce that this year’s LPGA Girls Golf Charity ProAm is being held at Wildcat Run Country Club in Estero on Sunday, Nov. 3rd. This the 4th annual fund-raising event put on by the Wildcat Run Membership to help support the Naples LPGA Girls Golf Instructional Program. This program has provided hundreds of local girls scholarships to pursue their dreams and is important to the game of golf.

We are expecting some impressive Women Pros to attend the event this year. We are excited to have the Women’s Worlds Long Drive Champion, Cassandra Meyer coming to play and put on an impressive driving exhibition. There will be 17 Symetra Tour players along with 4 present or former LPGA tour players. The rest of the professionals in the field are local LPGA and women PGA club and teaching professionals.

The professionals will be playing for $10,000 pro prize money. We are looking forward to meeting and seeing this international field of pros play at Wildcat Run an Arnold Palmer Signature Course. Julieta Granada who will be playing in the event from Paraguay and was the first LPGA tour player to win the season ending million dollars prize. Other players hailing from distant places for the event are Nicole Autrique / Mexico ~ Veronica Felibert / Venezuela ~ Hanna Hellyer/ Canada ~ Sandra Minarro/ Mexico ~ Monifa Sealy/ Trinidad ~ Anna Appert Lund/ Sweden.
