The Fort Myers Beach Fourth of July fireworks show begins at approximately 9:00 p.m. at Times Square. Bring a beach chair and enjoy the show as the beautiful fireworks illuminate the night sky. The Matanzas Pass bridge will close to oncoming traffic from 9:00 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. but the Big Carlos Pass Bridge on the south end of the island will remain open.
