Holiday Dinner Under the Stars

Dinner in the courtyard with music by David Hunter will be catered by Artichoke & Company will include salad, entrée and dessert will be served banquet style, with a cash bar for beer and wine. Catered by Artichoke & Company, entrees will be a choice of chicken, fish or vegetarian dishes.
The first course includes a hand-tossed Caesar salad. Entrees include a choice of chicken breast stuffed with fresh baby spinach, fontina cheese and served with roasted potatoes and garden vegetables; pan-seared North Atlantic salmon with jasmine rice pilaf, Juliann of garden vegetables and ginger aromatic sauce; or quinoa stuffed bell peppers with black beans, carrots, mushrooms, celery and onion flavored with cumin with grilled vegetables. Dessert will be New York cheesecake with fresh strawberry sauce.
