Begin the day of family-friendly fun with a 5k walk/run and a “pro-am” pancake cookoff pairing some of FGCU’s top leaders with real-deal chefs. While filling up on flapjacks, plan your itinerary of must-do activities all across the beautiful campus.  Learn about research by touring the labs of Marieb Hall. Bring the little ones to the Kids Zone at Bradshaw University Library West. Fly a drone at Holmes Hall! Unwind with some Music Therapy on the Library Lawn South, or perhaps a brewery tour or wine tasting demo at Sugden Hall is more your speed. Watch for wildlife as you walk the scenic nature trails or head to Waterfront Way for a beach bash at the boardwalk! Feeling artistic?  Join open studios for drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking or sculpture in the Arts Complex.  Enjoy live music and other performances campus-wide while savoring local food-truck fare. You’ll want to stick around as FGCU Day leads into the university’s annual Homecoming festivities, including tailgate parties and basketball games.  There is truly an activity for everyone, so clear your schedule and head to FGCU for a day you won’t soon forget!
