Estero Park Spooktacular Night
October 29, 2022 @ 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Bring the little witches and warlocks to Lee County Parks & Recreation’s second annual Spooktacular Night at Estero Park! This fun, family-friendly and free Halloween event runs from 5:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. and features a trunk-or-treat, pumpkin decorating contest, food trucks, and movie in the park. The trunk-or-treat portion of the evening starts at 5:00 p.m. and will also feature a trunk decorating contest for those interested in decorating their trunks and passing out candy and/or trinkets during the event. Vote for your favorite design at the pumpkin decorating contest during the trunk-or-treat event, too! Food trucks will also be available beginning at 5:00 p.m. Estero Park will be showing Disney and Tim Burton’s 1993 classic stop-motion animated musical, “The Nightmare Before Christmas” (rated PG) starting at 7:15 p.m. Don’t forget to bring chairs and blankets.
For registration to be a trunker for the trunk-or-treat, to read the rules for the pumpkin decorating contest or for general information, please contact the Estero Recreation Center at the number above. The deadline to register to become a trunker is Friday, October 21st and all decorated pumpkins for the contest must be submitted with their entry form between the hours of 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 29th, the day of the event.
