Engage Estero returns as the proud presenter of the 13th Annual Breaking Par for Education Golf Tournament and Gala, benefitting LEAD Estero. The beautiful golf course and clubhouse at Grandezza will once again be the venue for this two-day event to benefit Estero High School students. Intrigue and excitement will abound with this year’s “murder mystery” theme at the gala.

The gala dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1.  Costumes aren’t mandatory for the event but are welcomed. There will be delicious cuisine, cocktails, and incredible live and silent auctions. Tickets are $135 per person – or gather a group and get a table for eight for $1,000.

On Sunday, Feb. 2, the shotgun golf scramble starts at 8:30 a.m. Hit the greens at Grandezza for golf, games and raffles, followed by lunch to announce the tournament winners. Individual tickets are $150, and foursomes are $500. Registration for the gala and golf can be made online at www.LEADestero.com.

LEAD Estero is a nonprofit founded and led by Estero High School students. Both the gala and golf tournament are produced by LEAD Estero with the support of host Engage Estero. All proceeds will fund LEAD Estero’s educational initiatives, including an exciting leadership camp in July at FGCU’s Daveler and Kauanui School of Entrepreneurship.

Since 2013, Breaking Par for Education has raised over $650,00 to support educational opportunities for local students.
