THE EVENT

The Annual Bonita Springs YMCA Charity Golf Tournament is in memory of Hank Hochstetler, a leading member on the YMCA Advisory Board, Bonita Springs Utilities, Chamber of Commerce, Imperial River Conservancy and Bonita Springs Incorporation, as well as an elder at First Presbyterian Church and a member of the Bonita Springs Rotary Club. 

Registration for the tournament begins at 7:30 a.m., along with the opening of the practice range. The four-person scramble tournament begins with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Sponsorships range from $160 to $2,500. This year’s event features:

• Bazooka Dave
• Hole-In-One Wins a Car
• 50/50 Drawing
• Helicopter Ball Drop Contest ($10 for one ball, $25 for three balls and $40 for five balls)

THE CAUSE

This charity golf tournament is key to the Bonita Springs YMCA’s ability to open its doors to all in the community. Proceeds from this tournament directly support the Children and Families Scholarship Fund and program. With the community’s continued support, Bonita Springs YMCA has an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of families, educate children, and provide experiences for youth development and skills for healthy living, which promote social responsibility for all.
