An Evening Under the Shadow Wood
Students in the Estero High School Culinary Program put their skills to the test to prepare a meal for the Third Annual Evening Under the Shadow Wood fundraising dinner at Shadow Wood Golf & Country Club on Dec. 17. The sold-out event included a one-hour competition team demonstration. Students created a three-course meal as guests watched this live cooking show. The meal consisted of filet mignon, a signature salad and a trio dessert. This unique dinner fundraiser provides travel funds for the EHS culinary competition team to compete in Orlando.
