The Estero Historical Society Annual Tea Luncheon, themed “A Monet Afternoon,” was lavishly presented on March 2 at the beautiful Miromar Lakes Country Club. In addition to prizes for best hats and best centerpieces, there was a silent auction, an “Impressionists” auction (Chinese auction), as well as a live auction called by local favorite, Rick Gallo. A delicious lunch was served, and a miniature impressionist painting and easel were gifted to each attendee.
